WHAT DID THE CLIENT HAVE IN MIND?

To celebrate this IT consultancy’s anniversary, all employees and their partners were treated to an incentive trip. Since we’ve partnered with this client in the past, we decided to first ask them for feedback about their previous trips. This time around, Creative Star’s challenges were to find the perfect balance between activity and relaxation (a few extra days hanging out on the beach should definitely be on the programme!), arrange for a meetup with the locals, and, in typical Creative Star-style, pull a few rabbits out of their hat to make the trip one to remember. We knew what we had to do.

WHAT WAS CREATIVE STAR’S STRATEGY?

Incredible natural diversity including magnificent cerulean lakes, rivers, waterfalls, a clear blue sea, and plenty of sunshine make Croatia the perfect destination for a fantastic incentive or staff trip. Zadar, the port city of Croatia, is right on the Adriatic Sea and is a must-visit for any water sports enthusiast. In other words, this city was packed with opportunities to challenge the group and give them the chance to have fun in the sun, sand and sea. Brijuni National Park, made up of fourteen gorgeous islands, offered everything in one – a unique sailing experience to remember. In short, Creative Star managed to offer the group a perfect mix of charming surroundings, beach paradise, adventure, and pure indulgence.
